Introduction to Self-Healing and Remembering Who You Are
In Level One - SHODEN, you begin your journey into Reiki in an accessible, and deeply supportive way. This level is all about reconnecting with yourself; your body, your emotions, your intuition and learning how to use Reiki to support your own well-being.
As you receive your first attunement, Reiki energy begins to move through your system, helping you release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or forgotten.
Many people describe it as coming home to themselves in a way they didn’t expect. You don’t need any special abilities or previous experience. You simply learn how to let Reiki flow through you, becoming a clear and steady channel for healing; for yourself first, and later, if you choose, for your friends, family and animals.
This level is the foundation of all Reiki practice, but it is also the beginning of something more personal:
a journey of remembering your own inner wisdom, learning to trust yourself, and creating space for growth and healing in your everyday life.

Sacred ethics and teachings around energy work

How to offer Reiki to the seen and unseen world, including:
• Objects, spaces, food, water, plants, animals, and humans

Meditative self-healing tools for inner alignment and energetic cleansing

A soulful introduction to the Clairs - your innate psychic senses

Cancellation & Course Policies
At Glow Reiki Therapy, I strive to offer a meaningful, supportive, and well-organized experience for all students. To ensure everyone receives the full benefit of Reiki training, please review the following policies:
Advance Booking
Course registration and payment are required by the stated due date to allow enough time for class manuals to arrive from Japan.
Confirmation & Communication
A detailed course outline will be sent to you by email.
You will also be added to a WhatsApp group where important updates and reminders will be shared.
Your course manual will be provided on the first day of class.
Please make sure your contact information is current.
Attendance
Class dates may be adjusted if the majority of students are unable to attend a scheduled session.
Your attendance is important for your learning and integration, but if you cannot attend one class, a one-on-one catch-up session can be arranged.
Please note that missed sessions beyond this may affect your certification.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss issuing a credit toward a future course.
Late Arrivals
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. The space will be open 30 minutes before class begins so you can arrive early, get settled, and create a calm start to your experience.
