Cancellation & Course Policies At Glow Reiki Therapy, I strive to offer a meaningful, supportive, and well-organized experience for all students. To ensure everyone receives the full benefit of Reiki training, please review the following policies: Advance Booking Course registration and payment are required by the stated due date to allow enough time for class manuals to arrive from Japan. Confirmation & Communication A detailed course outline will be sent to you by email. You will also be added to a WhatsApp group where important updates and reminders will be shared. Your course manual will be provided on the first day of class. Please make sure your contact information is current. Payment Tuition is due by December 1, 2025. Payment plans may be available upon request. Attendance Class dates may be adjusted if the majority of students are unable to attend a scheduled session. Your attendance is important for your learning and integration, but if you cannot attend one class, a one-on-one catch-up session can be arranged. Please note that missed sessions beyond this may affect your certification. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss issuing a credit toward a future course. Late Arrivals Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. The space will be open 30 minutes before class begins so you can arrive early, get settled, and create a calm start to your experience.
