Cancellation Policy

Glow Reiki Therapy strives to provide an exceptional experience for all clients. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from Reiki healing, please take note of the following policies: ​ Advance Booking: Appointments are required and can be booked online or directly with me. Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will still be charged the full cost of the session. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss rescheduling without any fees. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced.
